We first met Barbara during a rental home search 5 years ago. Ever since then, she has checked on us to see how we were doing, and we knew we'd look for her when we went house hunting. We finally decided 6 months ago to start looking at Barbara was responsive to us within minutes for new home listings. She had a flexible schedule which we needed with a toddler, and she never pressured us on offers. We made 5 offers before our last one was accepted.
